I'm afraid I have some BAD NEWS for some of you - Diva gone
Kaitlyn asked for and was granted her release:
" The former Divas Champion has chosen to pursue other endeavors outside the sports-entertainment world. WWE wishes Kaitlyn the best in all her future endeavors." <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Today is bittersweet. I've officially left <a href="https://twitter.com/WWE">@WWE</a> on my own terms. Much love to WWE and all of you guys. <a href="http://t.co/Kch3WEEaGo">http://t.co/Kch3WEEaGo</a></p>— K8LYN (@KaitlynWWE) <a href="https://twitter.com/KaitlynWWE/statuses/420942378036252673">January 8, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
Enjoy TNA as Mickie James Lite.

PWI is reporting that Kaitlyn left the WWE due to the company not establishing a Super Heavyweight Divas division.

Better to get out before she got released after the NXT crop are brought in.
|
Damn. This really sucks. A rare combination of beauty and talent in the current WWE Divas' Division. :(
Also, I can't help but notice there doesn't seem to be any explanation for her suddenly asking for her release. If I had to guess, first guess would be anything under "personal" (more time for family or whatnot), 2nd guess and a real long-shot at thatbis that she was outright told or assumed that she would never again be considered main event or even Divas' Champion material, again, which I SERIOUSLY doubt; I do think it's more likely the former reason or something along those lines. Maybe backstage politics BS had something to do with it too, dunno. Just mad depressing news. |
Hope she will pose for playboy now she has amazing titties or maybe she could become an escort.
|
I'd take bets on AJ Lee leaving by the end of the year or this time next year. Would be surprised to see a couple more depart in the coming months and replaced with NXT talent, if you can call them talent.
Natalya and Tamina are only sticking around by virtue of their personal connections to WWE. Alicia Foxx and Aksana might leave soon enough. But yeah I think the whole Total Divas thing has divided the female roster as ultimately the ones getting exposure on the show are the ones WWE seems to deem 'worthy' and maybe Kaitlyn felt she didn't fit into that category? |
That's what happened I think. Any of the Non "Total Divas" got put on the back burner and set aside. It's business sure, but I think could have made a huge jump in that division with the exposure and they imo failed. Could have easily capitalized more on the AJ Lee promo she cut on them months ago. Would have been a win-win for everyone.
Now only 2 NXT season winners are left right? Barrett and Fandango. |
Leave the Mammary Glands Alone.
|
F*** no, Kaitlyn! :'(
|
Nothing to do with her getting married I'm sure.
|
it's okay, random diva will take her place.
|
:-\
|
Now no reason for Emma or Paige not to be promoted.
She's probably leaving to get married and become a mom. Good luck. |
Didn't her fiance' get busted for trafficking 'roids?
Maybe that has something to do with it. |
Nah that happened a couple of years ago
|
I thought it was a couple months ago.
Actually, I looked it up. It was in 2011. Still, I doubt WWE, who had issues with steroids in the past, would want a part of their roster linked to a guy who was part of a Steroid ring. |
But how many times has Rnady Orton violated the wellness policy and didn't he go AWOL from the us army or something like that? Honestly wwe seem to be going way ott with their PG strategy. Technically then everyone on the roster should get the sack for having blemishes on their personal profiles. They'd have nobody left.

Anyone check on Cool King? I hope he's ok.
|
Bobo, my bit was mostly pulled out of my ass, not unlike my contention that certain stars piss under different people's name. (I do think it's kind of funny to imagine how Dr. Poindexter McNerdistan would get a cup from John Cena, read the label, and say "Thank you Very Much, Mr. Kidd").
More realistically, she saw the writing on the wall that she wasn't a big enough "Total Diva" to warrant extra television exposure, and decided it's time to move on. |
Besides wanting to get married and/or have kids, apparently the other reason for her sudden departure was her growing frustration with Creative and their inability to commit to doing anything for her in recent months.
