I'm trying to find a video I once saw on VH1 sometime between 2000 and 2005, and so I am going to post my journey here for you.

A lot of heavy metal seems cheesy to me. The words "metalhead" and "gaylord" are pretty much synonyms in my mind.

in regards to the thread, anything by bands like Buckcherry, Seether etc, bands that sings about girls and whiskey 30 years after Motley Crue, half the music played in rock bars, metal bands that say things like "dark clouds breaking through under a shadow of my own discontentment *growllllll*". Things like Wednesday 13, quite like some of the music but the lyrics are an abortion etc etc

I get ya, but I have got to find this song and all I know is that the video was ridiculously bad. I think I saw it on VH1, I don't remember the lyrics, though at the time I went around quoting the song for weeks.
Something over-the-top cheesy, like "my love is like the thunder", but I have had no luck in finding it. |
