Click the sideways triangle on the bottom left to get the video to start playing.

Uninstall/reinstall your browser, reinstall Flash Player. If those steps, and the ones Savior mentioned don't work, then you might just be a non-Fullscreen watchin fool.

That's why I offered, man. I actually had a similar problem with Firefox, so I started using Chrome just for Youtube. I reinstalled Firefox and Flash, and then it was fine. This is the second time in the last couple of weeks that I've had to do it.
