With the Rumble on Sunday, and 10 positions still unfilled, what surprise entrants do you think will show up, or want to see in the Rumble?

For myself I think the following will show up:

Pretty sure I read somewhere Jeff Hardy's TNA contract's up and he's not re-signed, so wouldn't be surprised to see him as well.

I wanna see someone "different". Someone we never see. Would love to see Ken Shamrock as a surprise entrant. Billy Kidman, or guys like Carlito, Shelton Benjamin etc.

Ted Jr. comes to mind. Talk about a wasted career........

Jerry Lawler could throw down his headset and jump in the ring as the #17 entry.

I think RVD might show up

Sheamus, Jericho, Nash, and Matt Hardy all have events around the city either on Saturday or Sunday so those are all pretty good possibilities.

Would love a random Steve Blackman sighting. Too bad Angle is under TNA contact or his entrance would be Epic but who knows.

I just hope as other have stated, its not the "usuals" like Hacksaw or Sgt Slaughter. Been overdone.

So if I had to guess all 10....

1. Either Jericho or RVD- No point in wasting two really good cameos or possible returns in one night
2. Christian- Cleared to return
3. Sheamus- Cleared to return
4. William Regal- Would LOVE to see this!
5. Kane- If nothing else to try to take out Punk.
6. Honky Tonk Man- Random legend that can still take a topple over the top rope
7. Jake Roberts- If nothing else it'll look good if he gets the HoF this year.
8. The winner of the Bray Wyatt/Daniel Bryan match
9. Dolph Ziggler OR The Brooklyn Brawler- Dolph is undergoing testing to see if he can go in.
10. Bo Dallas- BOcause he's the NXT champion.

However I would be cool with 10 NXT people in the Royal Rumble... Might not happen, but still, a man can dream....

Jake Roberts seems a strong option as do a Christian and Sheamus. Possibly Jericho and RVD.

Thinking about CM Punk, if he is #1 in the rumble, it's going to need to be an established star at #2, and not someone we would believe he could easily dispatch, or else the start of the rumble becomes quite boring (unless he's dropping a pipebomb?)

That's why it would be cool to see Jeff Hardy or Jericho at #2

But it will probably be Reigns

My personal wet dream would be Lance Storm.

My money is on punk or Bryan to win. The hype with the punk angle and him being drawn first could mean he will win however I see him getting screwed over somehow I.e. Being eliminated by the NOA and shield and referee eliminating him despite both feet not touching the floor something like that.

Can see Daniel Bryan as all the momentum and buzz is with him atm. Maybe final four will be Punk, Bryan, Bray Wyatt and Batista.

Surprises will be returning superstars from injury and Jake Roberts and maybe Ron Simmons just to shout damn when he gets eliminated.

Sting!!!!!!!!!!!!! nah JK.

But I called it if it happens.

the only way that could work is if Sting wins the Rumble

I think they're still discussing storylines with sting so it would be way too soon and maybe wm30 may be a stretch now but they have a year and a bit to prepare for 31.

I decided a few minutes ago that my latest pipe-dream is CM Punk making his way down to the ring for the Rumble as #1. When it is time for #2 to enter, a voice comes over the PA and says in slow, deliberate English: "CM Punk, you claim to be The Best in the World. I challenge this. I have begged The Authority to allow me to be #2 in the Royal Rumble even though I don't work for WWE. I will eliminate you, for I am the Best in the World."

Cue this theme:

Shinsuke Nakamura from New Japan Pro-Wrestling hits the ring and spends the early parts of the Rumble matching CM Punk move for move. Nakamura is eventually eliminated about a third of the way through the match, but he shows up again on RAW to save Punk from a Shield beat-down. He was brought in by The Authority, he reveals, but he played them because he genuinely wants to find out if he is better than CM Punk.

The WWE Network then airs New Japan Pro-Wrestling PPVs and Nakamura does a bit of a stint with the company and sees if he can connect as a radical babyface with the WWE audience.

The chances of this happening? 0%. I don't give a fuck.

I would mark out for Tyler Breeze debuting in the Royal Rumble. Or the return of Jeff Hardy as #2 if the WWE decides to not go with my totally-cool Shinsuke Nakamura idea.

Sheamus and Christian I think must be givens, I'd be on my feet for Jeff, JoMo or Benjamin turning up though.

Just finished making my TPWW sign so maybe our site will be making a Surprise Entry into the Rumble this year hopefully.
