TPWW FANTASY BASEBALL 2014
It's back. For right now, there is only one spot available in my league.
I'm sure spots will be opened closer to the actual draft. And I'm sure someone else will create a league with all your favorite stats such as fielding percentage and quality starts. |
Quality Starts is infinitely better than Wins
For the rest of us...

I have 2 teams open in our 12 team league. Anyone interested?
PS: it's not for money. |
I'd like in but I need to sign up for a new yahoo account since my old one got deleted.
okay, just let me know when you get everything set up.
Just so y'all know, I still have 2 teams available. Droford's spot was held over from last year. Condor's spot is also held for him, tenuously.
If you need someone to even out the numbers let me know
I apologize for my tardiness. I am now present.
I'm going to miss the draft for work since I won't get home til 2:30 but I will in the next 4 days put solid efforts into PR ranking so I don't get hosed
I guess we're rolling with 10 teams this year
Shit slept through the draft. Still team looks sick. Droford wants Machado lol. Raise your offer buddy.
Trout. Puig. Strasburg. Fernandez. Freeman. Simmons. Carpenter. Miller. Wheeler.
I still think we should turn this into a dynasty league :shifty: |

I just scored the upset in rd 1. Was down 7-6 but the Orioles walked off the Yankees and Got O'Day the win in relief which was enough to tie pitcher wins category and turn the matchup into a tie 6-6. I have the head to head tiebreaker 13-11-2. pretty awesome..

Held a 8-5 lead over Dragon heading into the final day of the season...lost 7-6. Ah well. Congrats Dragon!
Frankly I'm happy to have made it as far as I did considering how little I really paid attention. One look at my roster and you'll note I had 2 pitchers who had been shut down for the year for over a week and I didn't even notice. I don't think to read up on my players unless Yahoo notes an important message (red star next to the yellow info box) and I don't think I bothered even looking at my score breakdown until Saturday, by which point it was too late to really do anything. It probably wouldn't have mattered. Price, Ventura, and Pineda came up huge for Dragon on the final day and I doubt anybody I could have signed could have made up the difference in K's even if I made a move before the start of the week. I guess I could have made it closer on net saves/holds had I not wasted a roster spot on Glen Perkins not realizing he was shut down, but again that's very iffy. Unsure on whether or not I'll be back next year. Even when my team is good, it feels like a chore setting a lineup every day. If I do come back it will be this league though, I had 4 teams this year and it was just entirely too much. |
