can everyone agree on a performer game

basically a name gets thrown out... his name goes until somebody throws up that they never liked that guy and then person has to throw out a new name to keep the game going

example: Ron Simmons
then 6-7 people would agree then shisen would say no because he was black and shisen would then throw out for example Test.

worth a shot

NormanSmiley 02-11-2014 08:29 PM

first name: Ric Flair

Anybody Thrilla 02-11-2014 08:52 PM

Flair has his moments, but I thought he was pretty overrated in the ring. Not so much so for me to throw out a new name, though. His promo game is second to hardly any, and his "retirement" match alone literally brought a tear to my eye.

NormanSmiley 02-11-2014 08:57 PM

liked flair

Is Heisenberg actively saying that he didn't like Flair, but we should all try and agree on Steve Blackman?

Heisenberg 02-11-2014 09:32 PM

I don't like Flair as much as I do the Lethal Weapon Steve Blackman

#1-norm-fan 02-11-2014 09:34 PM

Hmm. I wonder who the first person to come out and say they never liked Ric Flair is gonna be...

Heisenberg 02-11-2014 09:36 PM

I'll break it down for you

NormanSmiley 02-11-2014 09:45 PM

I didn't like Flair until I watched his old matches and after he returned to the WWE. Yeah, as a kid I heard all the hype and then I saw this old dude who wasn't really in the best of shape in WCW and I was like, "Guy should have retired." Admittedly, I liked most of his promos, even though it felt like most of the fans were responding via nostalgia for half the shit he was saying rather than because it was good.

Now, I'm more of a fan, because I've been able to see how good he was in the 70s and 80s and as I said before, his matches with Triple H and Undertaker made me pretty happy.

Next man:
Sgt Slaughter.

NormanSmiley 02-11-2014 09:55 PM

what in the Terry Funk is Heisenberg up to?

Skippord 02-11-2014 09:56 PM

I never liked Ric Flair

NormanSmiley 02-11-2014 09:58 PM

I hated sgt. Slaughter with the passion of 1,000 suns, his run was horrific, and anytime they bring him back for old timers night I get pissed.

next guy: let's go with Kamala

Heisenberg 02-11-2014 09:59 PM

Shisen Kopf 02-11-2014 11:35 PM

Didn't like Sarge when he was an Iraqi traitor. Fuck him. USA #1 and all that. Didn't like Kamala. Next up:
TATANKA

Heisenberg 02-11-2014 11:38 PM

Undefeated run by Tatanka ruled ass

Heisenberg 02-11-2014 11:40 PM

Norman, what you got for the Native American Machine of Love?

NormanSmiley 02-11-2014 11:46 PM

Tatanka to me was unmemorable in anything he did. can't remember one match or promo he ever did, except when rick martel stole his headdress. but whatever, see how long he lasts on the game

Heisenberg 02-11-2014 11:52 PM

I'll have to guide you to some of his work when we get the network

Heisenberg 02-11-2014 11:59 PM

I have to plug the WWE Network, no apologize

I liked Tatanka and thought he could have had a good run as a heel. The Million Dollar Corporation just seemed to evaporate to just the Ringmaster quickly and it was over.

loopydate 02-12-2014 02:28 AM

His feud and matches with Lex Luger were way underrated. The whole "You sold out" story heading into Summerslam '94 was really good, and their KotR '93 match was solid, too. He always put on decent-to-good matches, and worked as either a face or heel (though he WAS much better as a face). I wish they hadn't blown his first loss on Ludvig Borga. Should have been a much bigger deal. Thumbs up for Tatanka.

Blonde Moment 02-12-2014 03:09 AM

I agree, Tatanka was always better as a face and its a shame that they blew his streak on someone like that

Anybody Thrilla 02-12-2014 04:46 AM

I was a Tatanka mark as a kid, and I really didn't even know why. When he was trying to pass Lex Luger off as a traitor and it was revealed that it was HIM all along, I was legitimately upset. Looking back, it really was one of the more clever heel turns in "modern" history. I didn't really watch Smackdown so much when he came back for his heel run in...whatever year that was, but he still appeared to be in decent enough shape to work then, so he didn't bother me.

I agree on Tatanka.

Shisen Kopf 02-12-2014 09:18 AM

Should probably make this the official Tatanka thread. Or close it. Nothing else to talk about now.

Bad News Gertner 02-12-2014 09:37 AM

I'm sure NormanSmiley has some homophobic slurs that he'd like to use.

NormanSmiley 02-12-2014 09:42 AM

You are a one trick pony that I'd like to donkey punch in the straightest way possible

Bad News Gertner 02-12-2014 09:44 AM

Hey hey hey, enough with the sexual jokes.

Shisen Kopf 02-12-2014 09:44 AM

Such anger in here. Please don't ruin the official tatanka thread with angry words.

NormanSmiley 02-12-2014 11:40 AM

Fuck both of you hitler wannabes

Anybody Thrilla 02-12-2014 12:00 PM

Just stay on track, Norman. It's a good thread idea.

Shisen Kopf 02-12-2014 02:05 PM

It is a great thread idea. I think Tatanka is done. Let's move along with no homophobic faggot slurs and discuss Owen Hart

Anybody Thrilla 02-12-2014 02:29 PM

Owen Hart was the first heel I ever liked. I have a story about him yelling at me at a show once, but I've told it more than a few times here. Owen was the man.

loopydate 02-12-2014 02:33 PM

Owen should have gone down as one of the all-time greats. His early promo work was pretty bad (and that's why I kicked your leg out of your... leg), but he had matured into one of the best in the business by the end. He was always a top ten-to-twenty worker, and he had some legit classics with Bret.

Corporate CockSnogger 02-12-2014 02:35 PM

I didn't like Owen Hart.

I choose Dead-Kronik.

NormanSmiley 02-12-2014 03:27 PM

I never really cared for crush in any form but the other dude who was adam bomb and wrath saved it, so ill give em a pass
