Yet another "Gertner was right" Thread
Called Bryan vs HHH with the stipulation if Bryan wins he moves onto a triple threat match.
Now I will pull my pants down and wait for all of you to service m. |
you didn't say it first and you weren't the only one, but good job, pulse.
Congrats to James Steele for being right!
That was actually my idea first but I didnt post it b/c I am the greatest poster here and I didnt need the push!
He did say it first. Heymen jumped all over it, followed by the rest of us.
Who said it first if not Gertner???
another nerd on a different site. i have to service him, and i won't service gertner, too.
Are you saying Gertner gets his ideas from FBDVs?
Two heads are better than one.
Congrats to me for also saying this
I did to say it first, and I will accept a large coffee with double cream no sugar delivered to my work.

When is Percy becoming a main player in the WWE?
"Gertner Knows Best" coming to the TPWW Network this spring.
Be on the lookout also for "The Brown Spot" where Owen Brown takes a deeper look into the moderating of an internet message board. He will be joined by his panel of experts, Mr. Iginfest, Mr. Shisen Kopf and Mr. Fastway. All this + more coming soon to the TPWW Network. |
So are we going to sue the WWE for stealing our ideas?
That fuckin one guy was slobbering all over Bryan during that YES Occupy stuff
I saw that lol

Gertner called it very shortly after the Royal Rumble. I then, in turn, started spreading the gospel of Bad News Gertner's idea. |

In this case, he actually was. Gertner flat out called it. |

I didnt think it would happen to be honest. The cynic in me still sees HHH squashing him and not being added or being so beat up by HHH that hes easy meat in the Triple threat. I need to be less cynical. Hopefully they book him strong and he has the epic comeback and win to close out Mania. |
OH YEAH!
Hey, you can't blame Gertner for WWE's monumental Percy Watson-based ball drop.
Fuck I loved Percy Watson. WWE seems to find every boring black guy in the world and they just let this one go.
I feel like we should all collectively suck Gertner's dick for this, it's more than deserved. #nohomo
I'd return the favour in your case #yeshomo
I'm not jogging on dick, I've been optimistic as fuck about the build. Seasoned Roadie on the road to Wrestlemania Jack
Salutations, Captain Obvious!
I'm happy for you Gerty..

I was happily surprised with the decision to make the Triple H/Bryan match have the stipulation that the IWC has been pushing - it's not really the type of thing that WWE does very often.
Now that it's "going down," the only question left is how will it happen? I think it goes without saying that Bryan will win the match and be added to the main event - I can't possibly see Orton versus Batista happening without Bryan out there, too. The crowd will shit all over it otherwise. But Does Triple H/Bryan open the show ala Bret/Owen at WM X? Or do they go on right before the main event, forcing Bryan to be worn out and tired before he goes up against the gigantic animal and the viper? I can definitely see them having Bryan/Triple H at the top of the card as a barn-burner curtain-jerker of a match. Triple H has had the privilege of main eventing many WrestleMania's - maybe he'll see it as a nice addition to his legacy to work the opening match which actually steals the show, as Bryan versus Triple H promises to do. And then they can do some sort of sledgehammer beat down after the match or backstage to put in question whether or not Bryan will be able to enter the match. Frankly, I'd love to see Triple H versus Bryan go on right before the main event. Triple H puts up a hell of a fight and almost wins the thing, but Bryan gets the "quick win" with a roll-up or a surprise flying knee out of nowhere. Triple H then beats the living hell out of Bryan with the sledgehammer and wishes him "good luck". Orton and Batista come out and they do the "official introductions" with Orton and Batista standing in their corners, and Bryan down in the corner, holding his ribs in pain and unable to stand. And then, of course, against all odds, Bryan wins the thing and gets his confetti and fireworks moment to close the show. |

Every 10 years at WrestleMania, the IWC gets it's workrate hero winning the big one.
The winner of the main event of WrestleMania 40 will be under 5 feet tall and have a workrate in the high 9 area. Gonna have to start watching RoH to see if I can pick out who it will be. |
