I am a fan of Jack White's work. My most priced possession of all time was a vinyl copy of the album "Elephant" [UK Import]. I thoroughly enjoyed Jack's solo album - Blunderbuss and have high expectations for this one. I've been looping the title track on Spotify for quite a while now. I am going to give the entire album a listen over the week and attempt to articulate my thoughts on it. Any Jack White fans in the house? Lets talk. http://www.hdtracks.com/jack-white-lazaretto |
Seven Nation Army is one of my jams posta

Never heard of this guy until now. I was missing out apparently. Feel like this track would make for an awesome acid trip or something.

Anyway, Blunderbuss just didn't click with me for some reason. I'll give this one a shot though. |
Used to love The White Stripes during the white blood cells, elephant and get behind me san albums. Quite liked The Raconteurs too but I kinda lost touch of them during his solo stuff and the Icky Thump album. This thread might have just inspired me to get back into them/him.

Someone on here said they got to see an impromptu laundry place concert by Jack White a few years back. Sounded pretty cool.

yo i love jack white
this album is kinda different. after about 6 or 7 full listens, i'd say i would put the below blunderbuss. still pretty good though. 7.5/10 |
damn, he has some kind of hologram built into the vinyl and shit for this song. I don't have a record player unfortunately otherwise I'd like to see that.
I went and looked up the history and shit of what the hell he was talking about too as I was jamming to it. It's in my rotation. |
I just saw jack white the other day in St Louis. His show was unbelievable.
