I've only seen Dormammu in the comic books like twice so fuck that guy.

I'm leaning toward Dormammu on this one. Thanos has way too much integrity to beat a demon god in a fight.

Thanos.

Dormammu is more powerful. Far more powerful in his own dimension even. But Thanos has bested countless beings far more powerful than himself, through his cunning and knowledge. As a mystical being, there are rules which govern Dormammu's power. Rules that Thanos would exploit. And the "Thanos subconsciously makes himself lose" thing, is only when he is seeking absolute power, as in the back of his mind he knows hes not worthy of it. In a straight up fight, all bets are off.
