RIP Ken Lucas
Ken Lucas has passed away. Lucas died on Wednesday (August 6) in Pensacola, Florida at age 73.
Lucas, an Arizona native, was a local legend in the 1960s and 1970s, wrestling at venues across the Gulf Coast and against such regional favorites as Mike "The California Hippie" Boyette, The Wrestling Pro, Cowboy Bob Kelly, Eddie Sullivan and many more. He held numerous titles, including City of Pensacola Heavyweight Champion, NWA Gulf Coast Champion, NWA Mid American Champion and numerous tag team titles. Ken was easily one of the most underrated workers of his time and will always be remembered as a legend in the business. I posted this earlier last week in 100K.
most people here won't know who he was. I consider Ken Lucas to be one of the more underrated babyfaces. He had outstanding tag teams with the likes of Ricky Morton and Paul Christy. |
Stop trying to jump on draves bandwagon Seth, we all know you have no clue who ken Lucas was.

the man died and all you can do is make jokes.

we can joke about life, we can joke about death. it's all part of the same process. that doesn't bother me. but at least be funny.
