Apparently the WWE had a change of heart about basing a character on a Japanese emperor angry about Hiroshima and Nagasaki. So it now appears the Kenzo Suzuki (sp?) will join Smackdown, probably with Akio and Sakoda as back-up. The WWE has also signed his real-life wife ( who's failry hot) to play his valet.

Yeah, and just to add to that, there was a ton of negative feedback because Hirohito is seen as a great hero in Japanese culture and its very insulting to use his name as a heel wrestling character. Dave Meltzer in The Wrestling Observer Newsletter said it would be similar to the WWE creating a heel black character and calling him Martin Luther King.

Has anyone seen any pics of Kenzo and Hiroko Suzuki? Just want to see what they look like.
