Random idea involving the Divas division that might work
 

Rosa Mendes has never won a singles match since she joined the WWE. I think the company could really get some interest in an angle involving Rosa's quest to win a match. Play it out for a while and get some fan sympathy.

Or just have someone pants her each week.

let's do both

She'll lose each week followed by getting pantsed. I like it.

If she actually commits to improving her in-ring skills than sure I could get behind that angle.

As for the pantsing idea, let's do that regardless just for the hell of it. I will ask that we maybe add the removal of her top to the mix too for added depth. Maybe have it culminate in a feud with Layla that leads to a double-sided dildo on a pole match at WM 31.

They should totally make Layla the authority for the Divas' Division and just run with her abusing her power. Watching the girls in the showers, making them wear "regulation" ring gear every week that's based on a different fetish (school girl one week, leather the next, etc), feeling up the Divas before each match to ensure no weapons are hidden, etc. At least in this scenario all the useless eye candy Divas would actually be useful to the company.
