I honestly don't recall that. I dunno, guess maybe I'm just wayyyyyy too nostalgic for the days when the brand split actually meant something, c. mid-2002. Loved the early "battles" between Bischoff and Steph, and even bischoff battling and actually wrestling, Teddy Long in Survivor Series 2005.
