what he did in the ring was amazing but The way he went out and who he took with him is unforgivable. But do we like the wrestler or who they are out of the ring?

There were many years I couldn't watch his matches but now I don't mind, I can separate the two sides of Benoit.

He was one of the greatest of all time, bar none. In the ring he is as good as HBK or Flair, any day.

Fragile X is a fan of a guy who beat and murdered his wife. Makes sense.

He was one of the first guys I liked when I first started watching wrestling and I still like him. I think a lot of people have a hard time differentiating between the guy who murdered his family from the guy who headbutted Kane from the top of a ladder and made Triple H tap out to the Crippler crossface at Wrestlemania, but I've never felt uneasy watching YouTube clips of him or anything like that.

I have the same issues when I watch Buck Zumhofe's greatest matches or when my sister listens to her god-awful lost prophets band.

I was a huge fan tho he and Taker were the first guys I gravitated towards when I started watching now I can't see him do a flying headbutt without thinking hmm was that the one that did it?

I'm a huge Benoit fan. Obviously his actions on his final days are unforgivable, but I try to focus on the whole other part of his life when I remember him, as I believe a lifetime of head blows, and steroids/medication caused him to do what he did, it wasn't something he did with 100% clarity.

I actually picked up a Chris Benoit figure on eBay last week, and it turned up yesterday. Considering it was as 'Brand New', and in it's original packaging, I got a CRACKING deal.
