Being a fan of World Wrestling Entertainment for many years, including the era when it was called World Wrestling Federation the attitude era provided many entertaining feuds and storylines along with on screen weddings, drinking, gambling, and nakedness. Let us also not forget the swearing, bleeding, table crushing, chair smashing, middle finger lifting mayhem. The titles meant more to what they do today. guy's like Austin beating The Rock to capture the IC Title against the Nation of Domination, Leap forward to last year when Bryan was headlining Wrestlemania for the WWE Championship. Bryan became to popular so WWE decided to fuck him over and drop the title. giving the excuse about his injury being the reason which we all know to be bullshit.

Personally I'm not a fan of Cena but why drop him out of a main event spotlight and give him a title he held years ago?. during the start of his rapping gimmick?. The main event seen Brock loose just shortly after telling the world he had signed a lengthy contract to stay with WWE. Again they screwed him.

Bryan was gone a long time. That's a lot of revenue and ppvs missed with no champion. It is a business first.

I'd hardly say they screwed Brock...they're turning it into a decent angle. Did you see Raw last week? I'm actually excited to see Brock...he's basically turned into a face...and a MONSTER face at that. Basically how they turned Austin face after WrestleMania 13...same gimmick essentially, but as long as he's kicking the shit out of heels, fans are happy. The storyline has potential as Brock "got screwed" and will go on a rampage to regain the title....this is what Brock needs to be. I watched wrestling in an era when TV tapings were basically the top guys kicking the shit out of jobbers...all the matches were one sided (I watched a lot in the '80s and early '90s) TV is SO much better now and the title goes through periods hwere it doesn't necessarily mean as much. The company didn't last as long as it did (since the '50s or '60s in various forms) by doing everything wrong.

Austin didn't turn face after Wrestlemania 13. he was still a heel.

Any one can turn face by beating the shit out of Michael Cole..... If Rusev beat the shit out of Michael Cole he would turn face.
