How do you currently feel about The New Day?
 

When they started, we thought it had potential. When they debuted, they sharted. Now with the heel turn...what do you think?

Personally, they've been insanely entertaining to me. I'm also relieved that they haven't been continually shoved down our throats the face route. WWE noticed real reactions and had the characters respond in kind. It's refreshing.

Easily one of the best things on the show right now. Plus it has lead to face Cesaro, which is just as awesome/.

I'm really digging heel Kofi. I'd like to see him become the super cocky ultra athlete. Instead of just flying around to impress people, he flies around because nobody else can and he feels he's "above it all", pun definitely intended. There was a glimpse of this sort of thinking in their most recent Smackdown match, I think.

Woods is hilarious and I can't wait for Big E to squash him one day in the future.

I think the New Day works for all the reasons Bo Dallas doesn't work on the main roster-- we actually saw them try to be beloved babyfaces and suck horribly at it, so when they switched gears and started doing heel stuff but still act like they're the good guys, it's a refreshing change of pace. Dallas had the same thing going for him on NXT, but when he moved up to the main roster he was just a dorky heel who said "BO-LIEVE" all the time, with none of the character arc that led him there.

But yes, the New Day is great, and this may be the first time I've actually found myself thinking "Kofi Kingston is on the mic? All right!"

The way they work their matches is also a big advantage they have over Bo, they aren't suddenly dominant just because they are heel. He was pretty much just squashing people during his push which did not suit his look, character or ability whatsoever.

I love heel Kofi.

I love 'em for all the reasons stated in this thread, I just can't stand the name "New Day". It's an awful name for a stable. However... "New Day Sucks!" has caught on with audiences, so whatever...

Well, I'm the minority choice here. I do not find New Day entertaining. They have vastly improved over the last few weeks, and I'm hoping to see more of Kofi like this, but I just can't get behind Woods or Big E in this stable (can't get into Woods ever). Big E, I enjoyed and probably would still enjoy solo.
However, I could totally get behind them phasing into a full on face stable, now that they are picking up momentum with the crowd.Then, have Kofi turn on them, going heel. Could get into a heel Kofi feuding with a face Big E (who is a monster, and maybe has Xavier Woods as a manager). I don't know, I guess I really just want Kofi to finally get that big singles push as a heel, and less Xavier Woods on my TV.

The crowd getting active enough to make the heel turn possible was the best thing to happen for the group.

Before the stable was looking like a big bust but once they embraced the whole "New Day Sucks" for the turn, they've been a lot more entertaining.

New Day as heel = good

Always liked their entrance music and like the way the heel turn is going but New Day should be clapping New Day's Champs, New Day's Champs, instead of Rocks.

When I see ideas like the New Day, I just can't believe in 2015, no matter how PG the WWE gets, that creative thought they would get over as Faces.

Well as most have said, I am totally entertained by The New Day since their heel turn. All of them are really effective entertaining heels and have made a great trio. Eventually they will turn face I'd imagine because their aren't really bad guys.

Who would have thought that Kofi would ever be described as a "really effective entertaining heel?" A single tear is falling from my eye.

Xavier Woods had me at Consequences Creed

And yes, Consequences Creed was great.

They don't do anything for me. Don't know why they won the tag titles; they haven't gotten over as faces or heels, and they're just so one-dimensional. Ican only imagine how much effort it must take for ordinary people to clap and be positive. :roll:

Judging by the names I see voting against them, I'd say it has something to do with a general dislike of "the black people"

I don't care for the gimmick. I appreciated each of them individually before and thought they were fine on their own.

The fact that racist fuck Michael P.S. Hayes isn't involved with creative anymore=amazing for New Day.

As far as I'm concerned, it has nothing to do with that. I don't hate them, it's just they have a very generic gimmick, which is why I'm still befuddled as to why they were allowed to go over Cesaro & Kidd cleanly for the tag titles at Extreme Rules. It's like, ok, you've told us over and over that you're trying to bring light into the world with positivity in general. But, how, specifically are you trying to do so?

Espn was doing a Doc starring Xavier Woods, at the end they were able to say he was a tag champ.

I like the direction thaley have gone the past three weeks. Still could be better because all three guys are talented.

New Day needs a diva.
