Why do people praise Blue velvet so much?
 

I just saw it yesterday for the first time. And having seen most of the other David Lynch movies, this one was um...pretty shyte compared to his other stuff. Not bad by any means. it was actually pretty good, but that's it.

Also, Dennis Hopper is the man and makes this movie hilarious.

It's excellent.

it's in the top 10 movies. ever.

It's one of David Lynch's best films.

The acting of Kyle MacLachlan and Dennis Hopper really did it for me.

Frank Booth is definitely one of the most creepiest and scariest villians I've ever seen, he is definitely a freak of nature which made this movie so good.

Now that you mentioned this movie makes me want to watch the DVD tonight.

Because it rules? Why do you not like it? You only listed reasons that you DO like it.

Because it's awesome in every way imagineable.
