I heard (from a friend who use to work for TNA) that he got into some fight, beat the crap out of a guy, and threaten to kill the guy if he ever saw him again (so they charged him with two kinds of assault and false imprisonment)

Yeah, but it didn't involve Charlotte. He was charged with 2 felony accounts of domestic violence via strangulation and false imprisonment.

They are separated and in the process of divorcing.Bram had found a new girlfriend since their separation.
