What are the rules of a "King of the Mountain" match?

Does naming yourself the It Factor mean you actually have to have the It Factor? Or is it deflection? Named after what he doesn't have?

You have to pin somebody to be eligible to place the title. You win by grabbing the title and hooking it on a hook above the ring.

People pinned are put in a penalty box for a time period.

This is a standard match I think.

So like a reverse Ladder Match sort of but with multiple pinfalls and a time-out of sorts? I'm cool with that.

why is there a title for a specialty match that is defended in matches that aren't that specialty match? That's really dumb. That would be like having a Hell in a Cell title that was defended in regular matches and not just HIAC bouts.

I think when the belt is vacated it has to be in a King of the Mountain Match. It's happened twice.

Kinda feel bad for Hebner. I mean, it's his fault he ended up in TNA. However, he had a great, rather involved career in WWE until he screwed up and now he's a "hall of famer" in a dying company.
