ESPN (Wrestling related, seriously)
 

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I think on ESPN's latest commercial for ESPN Classic (the one with Burt Reynolds) I think I hear Lance Storm's old entrance theme playing in the background. And this isn't the first time, by my memory, that they've used wrestling themes as background music. I believe I've heard old WCW music in the background during box score screens.

Has anyone else noticed this (and possibly made it known here)?

Those songs are generic music that is used for alot of things.

Notable ones are The Hardy Boyz theme (heard in ads
all over the place), Steve Blackman's theme (heard in
several commercials --- most notably the recent Twix
commercials),Lance Storm's theme (used in several ads),
Jim Powers' old WCW theme (used ALL over), and Marc
Mero's one TKO WWF theme.
