Kalisto beat Ryback!?

Rammsteinmad 11-10-2015 06:26 PM

Yeah what the fuck? That can't be right? Is his and Owen's feud still going on?

Droford 11-10-2015 07:08 PM

Lol if it's Kane/Taker vs Rowan/Harper and they wasted the opportunity to have Bray in the Tournament

Droford 11-10-2015 07:12 PM

Lol if the final is Kalisto vs Neville

KaosDarksol 11-10-2015 07:13 PM

Seriously Kane and Undertaker vs the wyatts needs to be a 4 on 4 elimination match, and seriously Kalisto beats Ryback?!? What universe are we in.

Mr. Nerfect 11-10-2015 07:20 PM

I called Kalisto beating Ryback. They want Hispanic stars badly, and I think they'll want to spotlight Del Rio and Kalisto against each other. Ryback is on his way down again, because he sort of isn't working.

Lock Jaw 11-10-2015 07:43 PM

Ryback should and could be working.

Mr. Nerfect 11-10-2015 07:50 PM

Probably. I'm not his biggest fan, but I do see value. That being said, he just came off that IC Title program he shouldn't have won with Kevin Owens.

Automatic rematches are so fucking stupid in wrestling. It dries up the match's appeal and if a face loses the title, then they essentially have to get beaten twice or get screwed in an unimaginative way that doesn't help either him or the champion. Ryback is the latest to suffer a tiny bit from that.

That and being complete outshone by Owens.

what the fuck ?

Rammsteinmad 11-10-2015 08:09 PM

I still struggle to believe that WWE screwed up Ryback's push in 2012.

Rammsteinmad 11-10-2015 08:10 PM

Everyone has read these Kalisto beating Ryback spoilers, and this weeks Smackdown will probably now have the highest rating the show has ever had.

After he lost to Punk in the Cell it was kinda downhill after that(I keep thinking he should've won that) and had Punk just absolutely pissed and obsessed with getting it back.

Mr. Nerfect 11-10-2015 08:36 PM

They clearly want Kalisto to be a guy, guys. Don't stress.

Mr. Nerfect 11-10-2015 08:36 PM

Also, Del Rio vs. Kalisto is going to be far better than Del Rio vs. Ryback.

Mr. Nerfect 11-10-2015 08:37 PM

Punk vs. Ryback in the cell was a bad idea at the start. The PPV actually drew and all that, but they had booked themselves into a corner. Still, the moment they truly fucked up with Ryback was at WrestleMania 29.

No owen white? Weak!

Shisen Kopf 11-10-2015 10:19 PM

Possibly building to that with the main event? The Usos with Kane and Taker against all four of them?

Means they can do a tag feud after and something like Strowman/Kane and Taker/Wyatt.

Also means that Usos can do the heavy workload in the match.

Ryback seems like such a nice guy and humble when he is on those show, feel so bad for him. He has been devolved into a rainbow clad, goofy idiot.

Emperor Smeat 11-10-2015 11:14 PM

Ryback getting the shock upset feels just like what happened to him at Mania. Guess the WWE suddenly lost all interest in Ryback again and probably safe to assume he's going to do nothing meaningful for a while now.

WWE should have done something similar to this for RAW's ending instead of having Taker and Kane show up and easily beat up the Wyatts.

Droford 11-11-2015 12:28 AM

Ryback not only lost..but he lost on his birthday lol

WWE is really dumb, guys.

#1-norm-fan 11-11-2015 05:22 AM

Seriously, how can they have fucked up so badly with Ryback, tried to save it, and then fucked up again? They're really clueless in a way that professional television writers have no business being.

slik 11-11-2015 08:31 AM

Damn Ryback's stock has fallen...

Kane and Taker are not exactly guys who are portrayed as having tons of friends. Sure they could have added a couple guys to Taker and Kane, but it dilutes the story.

Ultra Mantis 11-11-2015 09:20 AM

WWE clearly building Ryback and Fandango to join Team Taker with this booking.

No what dilutes the story is having Taker and Kane show up and whip 4 men's ass. Should have kept Taker and Kane away til Survivor Series and had them wreck Brays chances at winning the title.

Rammsteinmad 11-11-2015 03:27 PM

Is anyone else totally not interested/excited about the Brothers of Destruction? Or is it just me?

Apart from the countless times they've come on and gone, I don't care about Undertaker's old, wash-up ass with his saggy man-tits, nor do I care about "Demon Kane" who after years of being a mid-carder/main-event jobber is invincible again (...again) and everyone is scared of him (I know you have to suspend disbelief but this is just retarded).

Whole story just seems rushed and boring and typical WWE "dunno what to do fuck it bring back the Brothers of Destruction yay that'll work for now".

Lock Jaw 11-11-2015 03:31 PM

I would have been super excited about it if they were kept off TV for longer than they were, or at the very least didn't beat down the entire Wyatt Family already.

Simple Fan 11-11-2015 03:32 PM

Same here, it was the most compelling storyline going til they brought back Kane and Taker. I went from being solely interested in that program to not even caring about any of it.

Lock Jaw 11-11-2015 03:34 PM

I could get re-invested into it, though, depending on how they handle it from here..... and if they do go for a "Soul on a Pole" Match...

So what Kane would you prefer?

DAMN iNATOR 11-12-2015 08:16 PM

Not saying he should've won the tournament, but I think they missed an opportunity to build Barrett back up a little bit by jobbing him to Neville.

I think he could've been put up against either Ryback or Owens in his first round match, picked up a surprise victory and then whichever of them he beat costs him in, I dunno the semis, which would set up an IC or US title chase for him beginning at Survivor Series.

You then have Barrett win IC or US gold, say at Fastlane, turn him into a workrate machine, defending his title against all comers, let him run with the IC or US title until SummerSlam, then have him drop it to whoever. Next phase, you put him with the main eventers, and after working in that scene for a bit, maybe he enters the 2017 Rumble, wins and goes on to become the first English WWE WHC in company history @ WM 33.

Just a thought.

#1-norm-fan 11-12-2015 08:45 PM

If Barrett's badass underground fighter vignettes when he was coming back from injury didn't build him up as a long term star, WWE is just incapable of following up on anything. There's only so many times they can start something and then go "derp" before it becomes a serious issue with the ability to write the simplest shit.

DAMN iNATOR 11-13-2015 01:21 AM

I know. Just pipe dreaming, I guess.
