It's an ugly layout but it's pretty clear that they designed it for mobile optimization so whatever.

Pretty bad to navigate.... Seems like "the youths" might like it, but I don't....

Also, seems impossible to get to the bottom of the page to get to the "corporate page" where I go on occasion to check for jobs....

If they were going for a "mobile first" responsive design, they should've taken pointers from sites such as Gizmodo and The Verge.
