Oh my God, this movie is amazing. Just finished watching it. I love this movie.

It's about two girls...

Elin - She is a popular girl and sort of a "slut". She is really outgoing and all that shit.

Agnes - Basically the complete opposite. She is a "loser" and has absolutely no friends and is very shy and all that. Plus, she is a lesbian, in love with Elin.

Anyway, wow, this movie rules. Captures life as a high school student amazingly well and it's so easily relatable. I usually like a bunch of movies that the casual movie goer wouldn't like, but this movie is amazing and I don't see how anyone would not like it if they watched it. So good.

Download it from Kazaa or Suprnova or whatever. It's a foreign film, but it's great. BTW, Mask, it's the same guy that made Lilja 4-ever.

It's rated an 8.0 on IMDb, keeping in mind that a 7.7 is good enough to get on the top 250 films of all time list.

I loved it as well, I made a post about it a while back on the old boards. It's such a funny, well made, film that to me captures real life quite well.

Yeah, seriously. Throughout the whole movie I was like "OMG this shit is great." You feel for all the characters so well. AHHHHHH good shit.

Yep sadly the only copy I could get online was the original Swedish DVD rip without subtitles.

is it in english? or is it subtitled? I'm not made of energy to read and watch a movie at the same time

Watch it, you will like it. It's not like the subtitles are some long ass passages. It's basic dialogue. :rant:

The only files I see are microDVD format and I have no clue what the f</>uck that is.

Rename it the exact same name as the video clip and make it a .sub file.

My girlfriend saw this while she was in Finland. Can't remember if she said it was any or good or not, just that it had tits in it.

Fantastic movie. I had seen bits of it on Encore or Bravo or one of the non/HBO/Showtime/Cinemax movie channels, but never start-to-finish. Then they showed it at this year's Central Michigan International Film Festival, and I was blown away. Great, great movie.

Wow I'm still here thinking about the movie today and about how much it rules. It's almost perfect. Like has everything I could ever want in a movie. It is the epitome of "my type of movie".

Anyway, IMDB'd her and saw she was in "Bear's Kiss," some Siberian circus movie? Sherdil... about Rebecka and a horse... "The Birthday" which she doesn't star in... and "Where the Rainbow Ends" where she has a bit part as well.

What the hell? I understand that after "fucking åmål" she kinda retired from movies to go to college for computers or something I THINK, but honestly. After making one of Sweden's best movies of all time, she takes bit roles? That's horrible.

She definitely needs to come to American movies. Nerds everywhere would fall in love with her. :rant:

I wanted to know if she was in both, because I heard she was working with Moodysson(sp) in another movie. Dunno though, maybe I didn't hear that, or it was just a rumor.
