Titanfall for me is still the best FPS of this generation, so I'm pretty happy to see this coming out now. Might have it by the end of the year. Worldwide reveal at EA's not-E3-at-the-same-time-at-E3 thing June 12th.

I'm so fucking in for mech swords.

It's already been confirmed for the end of the year alongside Battlefield 5 apparently.

Titanfall is amazing. Got the entire game and all DLC for $10 on a digital sale. Agreed that it is the best shooter. So different and every battle feels different too.

Yeah, they've had time to do everything they wanted to in the first one now and more. Geoff Keighley did a documentary on the final days of making Titanfall and I'm sure they mentioned they didn't have time to get more weapons in and balance them. They've also mentioned having a single player campaign this time around.

The game isn't going to blow anyone away with looks still judging by the trailer, but if they keep that locked 60fps again with all those mechs, I'm totally fine with that.

I was always in the camp of having my Titan follow me around with the lightning gun. Usually destroyed any ground soldiers anywhere close and I was pretty quick at "mech-jacking".

Crazy still, how many people don't know what is going on when you jump on the back of their mechs.

Fucking yes. Best balanced FPS in years.

I ain't digging the setup. Had to jump between "networks" just to find a match.

Played a round of the new "bounty hunt", too. Not a fan.

New mechs are cool, but I hope they go further in terms of customization.

Should I play Titanfall 1 before this game? Will I miss out on the storyline or is it a fresh story?

Strictly multiplayer in the first game. "Bits and pieces" of a story, no real campaign or nothing.

The beta right now is a fine primer, play now before it closes.

So far T1 is a better game. If you jump on T2 first you won't notice why and in that case you still have a good shooter.

Good. Felt too slow, and half the reason we play that game is to battle in big ass mechs, which was few and far between with the new kill system.

Playing this and having a blast.

Only wish is that I can attach a titan to my different classes. Using Tone as my main. And when I'm in a close quarters mood, Ronin. But I gotta switch mechs to do so.

Will probably hold off making a heavy until Legion is unlocked.

I'm loving this more now. Maps are still eh compared to TF1 but it still works. Gonna roll between this and Overwatch for the time being.

For those with an EA Access account, game is currently free-to-play till around the end of the weekend. Everyone else interested has the same option available although only starts on December 2nd.

Picked this up.

So great playing a campaign from the people who made Modern Warfare 1&2 again. I consider those some of, if not the best single player in fps history, judging from the first fewlevels Titanfall 2 is following in suit.

Haven't touched the campaign yet. Trying to get my purple colors.

Campaign was too short, but god damn was it great. Probably one of the most fun fps single player campaigns I've ever played.

Multiplayer is fucking awesome as expected. Only complaint is the maps don't have as much verticality and wall running routes.

Grapple needs a speed buff.

I've heard the campaign is one of the best in an fps in years. Probably gonna redbox it or game fly it or something just to see what all the fuss is about.

Fignuts swears by it.

Like I said, only real flaw is it's length. If it were 2-3 missions longer it would be perfect, but as it is, it feels like it is over way too soon.

Also, I would kill for an open world titanfall game.

I don't know if I'm just good at hardpoint, or if a lot of other people sre just really bad, cause out of 29 games, I've gotten MVP 9 times, and top 3 15 times. And if I'm not top 3 I'm 4th.

I generally don't do this well in shooters.

Yeah, not a lot of people flanking around the side to get the far point. Rarely encounter anyone on my way there. Everyone just funnrls into the middle to attack b. Eden being ghe exception, with yhat monorail on the side.

Eden is also one of the better maps with actual reasons to wall run.
