Does Vince regret buying out WCW/ECW?
 
Just look at how poorly effected WWE Raw is now and tell me he doesn't regret it at all? Even if he had kept them going maybe give Steph and HHH WCW and Shane ECW then just maybe we'd have some interesting storylines
