a list of movies i dont think everyone has seen, and people should check out.

1. the beguiled.......clint eastwood.......psycological drama.......union soldier(eastwood) is wounded behind enemy lines and is taken in by a group of women who run an etiquete school for girls. he tries to fuck 'em all.

2. the great white hype........samuel l. jackson, damon wayans........comedy........boxing promoter (jackson) 'creates' a white heavyweight contender in order to increase pay per view buy rates.

3. fire in the sky......robert patrick.......drama........alien abduction movie based on a true story.

4. confessions of a serial killer.......drama/horror........based on the true story of serial killer henry lee lucas. this is not a gratuitous slasher movie. this is probably the most disturbing movie ive ever seen.

5. the big hit.......mark whalberg, lou diamond philips........action/comedy.........whalberg plays melvin smiley, a contract killer with a nice streak. the movie would be stupid if it took itself seriously, but it doesnt so it great. a lot of good action and funny humor.

6. lock up......stalone.......action/drama........stalone goes to prison and the warden hates him. its suprisingly moving.

7. deep cover......lawrence fishburn.......action/drama.......fishburn plays a cop who gos undercover to bust drug dealers. this movie holds its own with any great mafia or crime epic.

8. the stoned age.......comedy.........its like "dazed and confused" but only a lot funnier and less mainstream.

9. blood guts bullets and octane.......dark comedy.........its better than the usual suspects. thats all im gonna say.

10. the frighteners........micheal j fox...........horror/comedy..........fox plays a psycic who can communicate with the dead. the first time i saw this movie i started watching it at like 11:00 pm figuring on falling asleep and watching the rest the next day. i stayed up and watched the whole movie. it is very entertaining.

11. ravenous.........guy pierce.........horror/drama.........cannibalism at an obscure military outpost in the sierra nevadas. mexican war era. creepy movie.

12. near dark.......bill paxton, lance henrickson........horror.........probably the most unconventional and non-traditional vampire movie ever made. actually they dont even use the "V" word in the movie.

13. brain doners........john tuturro.........slap stick comedy........ok, i dont like slapstick humor, but john tuturro is fucking great, and this movie actually is funny. and the slapstic aint as bad as ....oh...say..."mafia".

thats all i can think of for now. have you seen any of these. did you like em. dislike em. any that i should have included?
