Mr. Rodriguez greatly regrets not being there yesterday for his fans in Mexico and promises to everyone he will make this up as soon as possible. Despite the graphic lacerations Mr. Rodriguez will not miss any of his shows for the remainder of the year and is ready to compete this weekend in the UK.

Some new details regarding the stabbing and what caused it to happen.

The confrontation took place in San Antonio when the driver of a car hit Del Rio’s car. Del Rio and the driver both exited their cars and then some words were exchanged before the driver pulled a knife. As Del Rio went to walk away he was attacked from behind and slashed. Del Rio then tried to turn around and as he did the man tried to slash his face but Del Rio was able to move and was instead slashed in the head.

Del Rio then took the man down and in the process the driver slashed and stabbed Del Rio’s arm. Del Rio eventually was able to get the knife from the driver but in the end the driver was able to get in his car and leave. Witnesses were able to get the driver’s license plate number but there’s no word on if he’s been arrested. Police came, a report was filed and Del Rio went to the hospital to get stitches. He lost a lot of blood but is he said to be alright.

Location might have been different since the San Antonio police department are denying any recent stabbings occurred or at least were reported to them.

The head would looks like he got busted over the head with a bottle. I've seen similar wounds. The arm wounds very much look like defensive wounds.

This is where Paige reportedly got involved and got thrown by the attacker. Alberto went to check on her and that is when the attacker got away.

This report conflicts with the MLW story, which had the following story…

The attack happened in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday. There was a confrontation after a driver ran into Patron’s car, the two had words over the accident and then as Patron tried to leave to make his flight to Mexico, the man attacked him with a knife. Patron was able to take the man down, and got the knife away from him, but the man got away.

Due to the attack, Alberto missed the AAA Heroes Immotales show, which led to AAA being upset. Alberto claimed that he could not contact AAA until Monday morning about the incident because he lost his phone during the incident. But many are questioning why Paige wouldn’t have used her phone to try and contact AAA.

So here is what happened. Alberto got caught talking to some hot hoe. Paige saw it. Came up behind him and crushed him in the head with a bottle. Then either used said bottle parts or pulled a knife and chased Alberto. Alberto used his left arm to fend her off until someone else coulld get her under control He obtained serveral defensive wounds in the process.

And Paige is a stage 5 clinger.
