Why didn't they announce this on RAW

Neat, people get an early night on a cold November evening. Great result.

oh joy the rematch of a shitty match. That will be even be worse than the last one

Theo Dious 10-25-2016 04:54 PM

At least last time had the charm of shooing both guys out the door.

I know. Will SCSA ref this too, and get a bigger pop than both of them too?

To be fair, they may have PLANNED on announcing it on Raw but they had to cut the segment short because they thought Goldberg would get chants in Lesnar's hometown for some reason.

About as shocking as a Taylor Swift break up.

TOO SOON

No idea why people are hating on the match. It's going to grab headlines. It isn't about developing a story.

Droford 10-25-2016 07:25 PM

Also announced one of the main events for Wrestlemania I see

It should be a lot better than their first match. Goldburg seems set on it being his last match so he going to give his all. Lesnar will probably just want to phone in his usual stuff and call it a night though. Niether was really invested in their first match which is completely opposite this time around so I expect a good match.

Sixx 10-25-2016 07:32 PM

ummm, goldberg is back or something?

Simple Fan 10-25-2016 07:34 PM

Yep with a super dad gimmick.

Sixx 10-25-2016 07:36 PM

would you care to elaborate? super dad?

Simple Fan 10-25-2016 07:46 PM

His kid has never seen him wrestle and he hugs all the kids at ringside now.

Makes sense since its been the only thing to get any real focus for Survivor Series. Probably should have picked a better photo of Goldberg since he doesn't look that impressed with the announcement.

I have a feeling that someone is gonna interfere to cost Goldberg the match. And then that guy will be used to put over Goldberg in his retirement match at WrestleMania. I DUNNO.

Goldburg said that Brock was next and last so I don't know if he's up for more than this match. Never know, once he gets in there in feels the adrenaline he might want one last match at Wrestlemania. Goldburg vs Rusev, Goldburg vs Strowman, or Goldburg vs Corbin are just some I can think of off the top of my head that might work.

Great. They can get their headlines while I get some sleep. Win-win.
