One of Raw's key recurring segments is Mick Foley giving an impassioned promo and yelling at a talent, WHO WILL THAT TALENT BE?

It's ridiculous, Mic is a legend and fantastic but completely over used in this capacity, just like most segments or angles they run on Raw or Smackdown.
