It'll be harmless. It might be something people "remember." It may not be fondly, but given that they don't really have a program worked out for them, it allows them to be featured in a way that most guys don't really get a chance to be featured. I imagine they will interact with with a bunch of celebrities and legends.

Yeah, but they also need someone for The Rock to play off. I imagine they'll announce their ice-cream at some point. They might host auditions to see who gets to be the spokesperson for New Day ice-cream, leading to a bunch of sketches with friends of the WWE, including The Rock, Jon Stewart, William Regal, Santino Marella and basically anyone else they trust to do comedy.

This is awesome. New Day deserves it. They will get like 4 small segments and a medium length segment at least.

I hope that this starts something big for Big E.

Still better than tossing them as extras in the battle royal just for the sake of it, though.

I agree, at least there is potential of something memorable or career advancing rather than fodder for Strowman to throw over.

Great that they get to do something meaningful on the show, but sucks creative cannot give them a match....

To be fair, them hosting is already better than what they did last year.

Had a non-title match for no real reason, lost, and then quickly got overshadowed for the Austin/Foley/HBK bit. That was their reward for being one of the best acts in the WWE for Mania.
