Brock Lesnar

Brock is rumored for a UFC Madison Square Garden show...Forbes/Some ESPN Blog among the websites reporting this (along with a bazillion others)...

slik 07-19-2017 05:14 PM

I suppose this means he would lose the belt at SummerSlam and then disappear until at the earliest the Royal Rumble

slik 07-19-2017 05:16 PM

Or retain the title at SummerSlam and then just not defend it until the Royal Rumble

Volare 07-19-2017 05:16 PM

1 year USADA ban should be over with from the time of failure (vs Mark Hunt).

drave 07-19-2017 05:25 PM

Good. His schtick is getting old.

Ezra 07-19-2017 05:44 PM

He is back in the usda testing pool so he is at the least exploring options

James Steele 07-19-2017 06:02 PM

I thought since he "retired" that his suspension wouldn't go into effect until he un-retired. May be remembering that wrong from last year.

Gerard 07-19-2017 06:50 PM

Does anyone care? He went from being a wrestler who was multi faceted in his first run to a one trick pony in this run. Probably the laziest worker on the roster.

Shit even Vince now calls him a "Special Attraction", its the same language he used to use about Andre and Hogan where because of how limited they were you only seen them occasionally, its funny that Lesnar is now pigeonholed under that category.

Of course that also could be he doesn't want to pay him more to appear more, but considering Lesnar does literally fuck all in the ring these days it could be either of the 2.

Thought that was the case as well.

Observer debunked the MSG fight rumors saying Lesnar still has 5 months left in his suspension. Had he unretired or been reinstated last month, would have been able to fight at the event for UFC.

Lesnar's one-year suspension was frozen in mid-February, meaning that he has five months left, putting a return to UFC competition at mid-December at the earliest.

Nah, Brock is going to New Japan when his contract is up.

#BROKEN Hasney 07-20-2017 06:33 AM

Makes sense for Brock. By going back into the pool, he at least could start a bidding war for his services, which he can't do as just a wrestler.

Ezra 07-20-2017 03:07 PM

The 4 way at SummerSlam should consist of Brock and Braun each picking one of the opponents and chucking them thru the roof of the arena. From there is should be a Superman vs Doomsday fight with both of them knocking each other out in the middle of the ring and taking out an entire section of fans. Reigns somehow no sells the death throw and comes in and pins both Braun and Brock who lay dead in the ring. Reigns keeps the title until mania when it is Cena vs reigns. That match takes up the whole 8 hours of the show due to no selling and ending with a triple heel turn as the shield reunites and sends Cena into early retirement.

The shield take both Bella's and birdie (Dean ends up with birdie) as their brides forcing Daniel Bryan to come out of retirement to fight for his family recruiting cm punk and a recently returned Joe, who since his injury from SummerSlam, has become an American citizen and now goes by American Joe. He wears red, white and blue shorts, died his hair bleach blonde and carries the American flag along with a 4x8 indicating he is twice as bad as hacksaw Jim duggan.

The two teams tear up and destroy raw set after raw set forcing Vince to hold the first ever Cage over the Mississippi match where the winners are declared by throwing their opponent from the cage into the Mississippi River below.

Braun makes his long awaited return emerging from the river as the swamp thing and leaves everyone floating in the river.

Braun decides to just take all the titles as there is no one there to stop him. Re-enter Brock Lesnar who has been in a coma since his match with Braun. Paul Heyman has somehow come across one of the green crystals seen in Superman and takes a lifeless Brock into the artic. He throws the crystal into the ground next to Brock and sacarfices himself to bring Brock back to life and more powerful than ever.

Brock makes his return and soundly defeats Braun running him back into the swamps. Aurora Rose Hemsley makes her debut at the age of 12 and jobs Brock out in 5 seconds ushering in a new McMahon-Helmsley dynasty that last for 45 years.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Lesnar's current WWE contract includes an auto renewal option that triggers if neither side informs the other of wanting to terminate the contract.

DAMN iNATOR 07-21-2017 12:46 AM

I know he would not be some people's choice to dethrone Brock, but Braun in any Universal Championship match and just murdering everyone and everything in his path before claiming the title would be so awesome IMHO.

I wonder if Connor McGregor vs. Brock Lesnar could draw money or be of interest? Would it be a competitive fight? As evidenced by the upcoming Mayweather fight, McGregor clearly doesn't have a problem stepping out of his comfort zone if the money is good. So why not come over to the WWE at Wrestlemania and fight Lesnar in an MMA fight? You'd have to think that both the WWE and UFC would rake in a shit load of $$$ if the two went at it.

I hate to say it, but the only guy that should be beating Lesnar clean at this point is Roman Reigns. Roman Reigns, whether we love him or hate, is the alpha of the WWE. He's the new Cena and the WWE's gotta build around him. Having said that, I'd have Braun retire Kane and/or Big Show at some point.

Mr. Nerfect 07-24-2017 04:18 AM

Eh, I'd be cool with Joe beating Brock too. Joe can step into that role of being the sort of monster that Brock is.

You are dumber than a sack of shit if you actually believe that Joe could have the same presence as Brock. No offense.
