Capturing images from video.
 

Was wondering if there is any way to capture and image from a video you have playing in WMP or other players. Really like to get a secne from Ruroni Kenshin as my desktop, just don't know how to do it.

Maybe you can do it with Photoshop, but I'm not really sure

I don't remember if it's on the dvd's or not, but it's at the very end of the episode, after the credits on the one's i've downloaded. But it shows the group in a pose with Ruroni Kenshin Wandering Samurai infront of them.

In WMP there is a button under the little screen where you preview the movie, a button that has a picture of a snapshot camera on it. If you click that it will take a still frame of the movie.

Yes but, I guess it's my fault for failing to mention, i'm not using WMP since finding a codec for it to play OGM for it, is next to impossible. And that's what the episodes or in .ogm.

You could always use print screen.

Neh it wont work cuz the video is streaming.

Does that matter?

As far as I know if you press print screen it will get the image of whatever you are seeing.

All I get is a black screen :meh:
