Very cautiously optimistic about this.... looks like they will be drawing heavily from the "Throne of Atlantis" story.....

I'm just worried about all the various changes they have made to Aquaman/Mera.....

I ended up not minding Mamoa in Justice League, but again my first reaction here is "ugh".... so hopefully he wins me over again.....

Maybe it wont be as bad as my gut thinks it will be. Trailer has enough promise that i went from a pass to a watch though

No. No, it is not.

Still not sold on roman reigns. Still feels like they are trying a bit too hard to make aqua man a badass.

I like it. Looks great, Mamoa has undeniable charm and charisma, and this looks loads better than Justice League. Here's hoping.

Only good if Aquaman is KETO and does a PSA about a healthy KETO life during the movie.

I'm with Frank, but I'd accept a paleo lifestyle from Aquaman as well

DC should just drop all production movies except Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Shazam... maybe that Harley movie and the Joaquin Phoenix Joker movie could be decent but..shrug.

Just kill Justice League.

It has a Black Panther feel, but with no Black people.

Cool that they implemented the classic suit. This looks like it could be fun. That chase/fight set piece looks really fun. Dunno if this'll be good but I'm hoping so.

My status has officially been moved to "I dunno about this... hopefully it is good" to "oh man I'm excited for this!"

Smart of them to put this out I think, so people can get a better feeling for it.

So the lamest DC superhero, as considered by many, might become the best DC movie.

I don't know if it'll top Wonder Woman. May very well clear the low bar that is Man of Steel though.

So far, it has a 76% recommend rate on rotten tomatoes. In other words, it seems pretty good. Pretty stoked to see it get such positive reception. The DCEU lives.

I'm seeing it this Saturday; my expectations are low.
