XFL nearing TV deals

Can't believe Fox and ESPN are that stupid to grab TV rights.

I said it in another thread, but I just don't see a market for MORE football, especially not a league full of guys not good enough to be in the NFL.

I think it would be far more successful to have a non contact league of retired NFLers. I would rather watch flag football with the likes of Randy Moss and Ladainian Tomlinson and Ray Lewis than a bunch of never weres bashing their brains in cause Vince likes "smashmouth football"

Could see the AAF (Alliance of American Football) be more successful in the long run since they are a lot more open to the idea of being a minor league system for the NFL unlike the XFL which wants to be the replacement for the NFL.

Just so dumb. CFL & the Arena Football League are there and should be invested in. They're established..but CFL wouldn't be a good patriotic alternative for spit chewing 'mericans

Arena Football hates good defensive schemes. Can't get into it.

This seems ridiculous to me, but Vince is going to get paid out the ass for this. They've also hired the half-brother of the NFL Commissioner. I still think the games will tank and no one will really go/watch, but he's probably going to make his money back and meet some vascular men that he can offer developmental deals to.
