Torn tricep would not be career ending. Batista tore his triceps at least 3 different times.

Sad the dude got injured, but what I saw of that match was incredible. It obviously wasn't the greatest match ever, and what a shitty way to promote something, but those guys worked fucking well and fucking smart. I haven't seen Styles vs. Bryan, so I'm not sure if it was even the best WWE match in a week, but kudos to both men for putting that shit together.

Wanna say the time out for a triceps injury is usually 4-6 months. Rumble is prob more likely but I can see him returning for survivor series as a surprise entrant and them talking about how this just shows that Edge is def a survivor.

Given that he signed a 3-year performers contract, I think he’ll do whatever he can to get back from this. You know he wants to wrestle after these pandemic shows so he can actually wrestler a proper match in front of a crowd.

Can’t believe how hard Edge has been working since he’s been back. How long was the dude in the Royal Rumble? Don’t think he’s put in a performance under half-an-hour yet.

Yeah he has for sure put in some work. Incredible that he's in good enough shape to go for the length of time he has in all his matches so far. His heart is clearly in this and no way he doesn't come back again. Much respect.

I wonder if the length of the matches he’s been involved in played into the injury? Too much strain given the length of his layoff.

That said, I’ve no idea how they recorded the matches. Could have been having 15 mins on/15 min breaks?

Whod have thought you could get injured wrestling 2 matches in the last 10 years.

Very likely considering he went straight into doing a very long match without having any smaller regular matches done on the side to get his body adjusted to the wear and tear of wrestling.

Not going to take it at face value but some rumors are speculating that he could be out for around 8 months.

Edge is out until July 2029. Orton told us on Raw.
