Flair vs Steamboat - The Greatest Match Ever

People on this site have probably talked about this before but I haven't seen it until just now so I couldn't pass judgement on it.

Anyway I recently bought the Ric Flair DVD and the match betwwen Flair vs The Dragon is on it and I have just watched it. It was the match at WrestleWar in 1989 and it unbelievable. It was the match that a lot of people have put down as the greatest match in the history of wrestling and after just watching it, in my opinion it might very well be the best match that I ever seen. It certainly makes it into my top five matches of alll time.

Opinions on that match and also if you don't have the DVD buy it because it is brilliant.

I have all three matches. I should sit down and watch them one of these days

That Flair v. Steamboat match was good quality, but I'd go for any Sting v. Flair match myself, but I'm a hugh Sting mark so I'm bias.

Flair and Steamboat had TONS of matches. They REALLY delivered. The matches they made together were plain phenominal.

IMO, their match at 1989 wasn't even their best. They had some better stuff than that. But yeah, with two guys like Flair and Steamboat, hell yeah the match is gonna kick ass.

Personally I think Flair vs. Steamboat at Music City Showdown was their best match.

And I agree with Show Off, Sting vs. Ric Flair in their 45 minute draw was the best match.
