It'd probably never work out but with all the high schools and universities getting serious with Esports....

It'd be fun if pro athletes and celebrities had a televised league.

There would def need to be wrestlers like AJ, New Day, Miro, Bucks, and Omega.

Plenty of actors/actresses, NBA, NFL, etc. game.

BRING IT ALL TOGETHER! Something official and not some one off at E3 or whatever.

Actors/actresses, writers/directors/producers, comedians, social media influencers on one side of the bracket

NBA, rasslers, NHL, Futball, NFL, MLB, WNBA, etc. on the other

Exhibition matches against the "pro gamers" for charity.

Never really been on board with it, to be honest. :-\

yeah but would have made total sense earlier in 2020 when sports and movies were postponed.....a lot of blockbusters still are.

always blown my mind seeing stadiums sold out for LoL or DoTA or whatever one is bigly yuge.

See, that's the thing. For the most part these events tackle games in which I have no interest in the first place. The other aspect is, just like athletic sports, I've felt that it's often more fun to actually play the game as opposed to just watching others play it. That's just me, though.

I played the hell outta some Overwatch when it first came out, was kinda cool to see the league made for it, since I could understand what was happening.


Even that became convoluted with the same "Meta" game played every match, and it gets fucking stale.


Stopped playing Overwatch a while ago, never even reached max level a single time.
