RAW - 8.15.22 - Television Program on the USA Network
 

Tonight, USA Network will air a wrestling program called Monday Night Raw. It is expected to feature various talent contracted by world wrestling entertainment. Both men and women will appear and it has been confirmed a live crowd will be present.

Sounds gimmicky. I’m out.

Fantastic match and segment with KO and Drew. If that was on Dynamite it’s 4.75 stars easy

Did anything cool happen this week... skimmed the results and seemed like nothing interesting really happened... just lots of long matches...

Austin Theory with his first win in the main event against Dolph Ziggler

Show felt more like an NXT episode where not much plotwise happened during the episode and instead people wrestled longer matches with a ton of kickouts from finishers

They really gotta show that Dexter Lumis dude's face better if they are gonna use this to build him..... gotta have at least one shot where you can clearly see the dude's face well so that the viewing audience can start actually recognizing who it is

I didn’t catch that bit with Lumis as I skimmed the match. Actually came here to say the follow up on Lumis was even worse than that time AEW didn’t follow up with Cody and MJF.

But I stand corrected.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Cody and MJF pocketed stuff for the WWE knowing AEW would blow it.

Haven’t watched Raw this week. Don’t know if I will. Enthusiasm for wrestling fading.

So the camera work still sucks.

Eh, it was rather boring. I thought the backstage stuff with Theory and Ziggles was better than the match, which I didn't even finish watching.


I can't be bothered to care about Theory..... at all. Not even in a "go away" heat kinda way. He just....... I dunno man. Send him back to NXT to do stuff. As of now, he's just another bland dude who is there.

Everything about Bailey's team and her in general is also very uninteresting.

One day those two will finally touch for the first time since MJF’s turn and it will be magical!

I think they need to find some sort of common aesthetic.
