Mostly a good bounce-back Dynamite. Still some of the weirdness but a lot of good course-correction.

Pillars stuff is much better, the MJF/Sammy pairing has been a huge shot in the arm for this whole thing, they're as fun together as Darby and Jungle Boy are dour and unfun together.

OC/Bandido and Harwood/Jarrett both good matches even though I can't stand it when a guy gets sent to the back and then just comes back out with no repercussions.

Roddy Strong showing up was an incredible surprise, it didn't seem like anyone was even fully aware that his WWE contract had expired. AEW has too many guys etc etc etc but obviously you don't pass on him.

I was also glad that they followed up on both Wardlow and Hobbs and made it clear that yes, both guys do have some measure of direction coming out of that title program.

The one big problem with the show, boy, Jade and Taya had precious little chemistry together and the match stipulation sucked balls. Just made Taya look dumb and Jade look chickenshit (which is honestly fine except AEW commentary still refuses to acknowledge that part of her character).

Oh actually one other gripe - the dude in the front row with the aviators and the MJF scarf. Definitely trying way too hard, thinking the show was about him.

It is cool Roddy got a job, but they did literally nothing with Fish or O'Reilly, and Roddy is coming in with the same exact spot, Adam Cole's friend, except now as a babyface. Roddy I fear is going to eventually get stuck back in ROH.

Lol, Roderick Strong’s debut might be the most underwhelming ever.

I’ve never been a big fan of the guy. He always looks like he is “trying” to have a good match. You can see through a lot of his stuff. Maybe he’s gotten better? But he looks like such an “average guy” and he hit the ring to a round of “who cares?” and the announcers overblowing their excitement. I immediately zoned out of what he was actually doing.

Another guy. Another spot taken. More “I’m numb to this.”

Imagine hearing a cool song, expecting someone awesome to come out. Instead, we get Roderick Strong. Wait, that already happened. What a waste of "End of Heartache."

Weird how the Observer reported just the other day that Roderick was still in NXT and was just out injured. They are usually so reliable.

Roderick Strong is a “returns on ROH” or “debuts on Rampage” kind of guy.
