As an update on the Vengeance and Summerslam PPV situation, since plans internally within WWE are changing constantly it appears now that Vengeance will be either Chris Benoit vs. Triple H or Chris Benoit vs. Kane, but not Benoit vs. Edge. Since the Benoit/Edge storyline was not furthered this week on RAW and the fact that Edge does not have enough intensity or drawing power right now they may hold off that match until they can feul it by a big Benoit/Edge breakup. The Benoit/Kane rematch seems logical and from what we've heard there is discusssion going around of a possible Submission or I Quit match between the two, which would directly play off the finish of their Bad Blood match in that Benoit couldn't get Kane to tap out to a submission hold.

There is also some talk of having Triple H vs. Eugene at Vengeance which would stem from something happening next week on RAW that would set the match up. Right now there are plans for Rock to enter the mix and cause the Vengeance match to take place. This would also help set up Benoit vs. Triple H at Summerslam.

Anyone think Kane has been screwed over with a capital S?

3 consecutive losses in PPVs, shitty booking. I sure feel sorry for Kane. It's not an easy decision to shave half your head and your eyebrows as well, and be treated as a fool by WWE bookers.

I think the saddest thing is that when Kane hit the ring for Bad Blood, the crowd was DEAD. Whereas when Benoit came out, the crowd popped huge. And the only decent pops when Kane used big-man moves on Benoit (Big boot, chokeslam).

Poor Kane. :'(

Sad thing eh? His gimmick is awesome. He has the potential to add to his one-day title reign, but a particular big-nosed man is standing in his way... :foc:

I so hope that is gonna happen!

However, I would be happier if they could put that back to Summerslam, and have Benoit v Jericho, or even better, Benoit v Jericho v Matt Hardy v Edge in a Fatal-Face-Fourway matchup!
