Is it just the movies that they don't let you tape or is it the sport asswell? I'm not staying up from 1-4 so I'm going to tape GAB. Does anyone know if they'll let me tape it?

They normally let you tape it, I've never had any problems in the past.

But they repeat it at other times during the next couple of days after it is originally on.

But the repeats are often editted for some reason.

No, they just encrypt the transmission so that video recorders can't record it.

The repeats arent editted, what are you on about?Ive taped wrestling and films off of sky box office before, the repeat on sky sports is the one that gets editted, not sky box office.

Order it and then pull the modem cable out the Sky box and it will definately tape. I've never had a problem regardless.

Some of the Sky Box Office ones get editted. I've gone halves on ppv's before and when we watched the repeat there were little differences compared to it being live.

Yeah I have recorded them before and they came out fine but that was about a year ago:D

ok thanks. I was just making sure because I remember I had a bad experience before when I bought a movie off sky box office and then I had to go out so I taped it and when I watched it after it was all fucked.
