He was on Heat this week against someone.
I vaguely remember him from WCW, was he in 3 count?

Raven back in the WWE would've been awesome, until they totally misused him (again)

I saw Joey Matthews in a ROH match that was on TWC yesterday. They were saying he was a veteran on that being in ECW/WCW and WWE/F.

Never seen him. Is he any good.

Joey is part of the tag team "York & Matthews", of ECW
fame,along with Christian York. They caught a break wi-
th ECW shortly before the close of the promotion.

Awesome tag team,who could've done more if they'd had
the time to (and they should have been signed to WWE).

Before that,they used to be part of "The Bad Street Boys"
with Shane Helms and Shannon Moore, and they had some
great matches in TN,with MCW.

Matthews still works with ROH, OVW and all of those -
but I believe York is now retired. Also,Joey is dating or
used to date Alexis Laree.

Also,he wasn't in "3 Count".

The group was made up of Shannon Moore, Shane (Hurricane)
Helms, and Evan Karagias (later on Tank Abbott sorta joined);
though like I said in the post above, Matthews did tag up with
Helms and Moore earlier in the 90's in MCW and other places.
