DVD software

I want some software where i can create a home page type thing. with chapter selections on the main screen.

I got a burner and stuff but the software only allows me to create a running DVD chapter to chapter without a home page

TMPGEnc DVD Author is the shit. You can find a serial on Google Groups I believe.
