This is the first I've heard about the game, but I'll be getting it for sure. I think I've bought every one since 2000, and of course there's 94 and 95 :D

doesn't seem that different from 2004... I usually only buy the sports games like NHL and Madden every two years, so I doubt I will buy this one. Dave it might also want to be pointed out that Heatley was the first NHL player to get the EA curse, it's usually just the guys on the madden covers that get it.
I won't be picking Ray Lewis in fantasy football this year though :shifty: |

I haven't bought a hockey game since Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey for N64. I think I may finally have to get one. Can you play these online now?

Yeah you can play online on a PC, don't think you can on consoles though.
Should be out in September/October. |
You can play online with PS2 (on 04) and should be able with both PS2 AND XBox this year.

That drill thing sounds cool...I dunno tho..Im not a big fan of hockey so I think I can live with '04 for a while

I'm not sure what platform to get it on, if Gamecube had online play i'd get that, but I had much more fun with my PC version of 04, with playing online. :o
