Even if i only get tickets for 1 shows i'm still giong for both days as I know from past experience that there's always some touts about |
£60? Are they serious?
|
Thats going to be a tough trip. They'll be coming off one PPV in early Oct, then have the trip overseas for the TV tapings and house shows, and then for the RAW guys they have a PPV the Tues after they come back.
At least all the shows will have strong crowds, so they should get a decent payday out of it. Still, tough run. |
:y:
|
Does it really matter how much they cost??? I'll be getting my tickets for BOTH shows for free!! :)
|
How's that then?
|
*listening*

It's because my wrestling teacher knows practically everyone in the business (well anyone major from like 10 years ago and beyond). The guy is respected big time from everyone and he can get tickets easily for free - he's even managed to allow me to wrestle before in a WWE ring whilst the crew are preparing for the event. I've met alot of the Smackdown wrestlers before, but I didn't go to the Raw show in May and I missed out on seeing HHH, Benoit and Stephanie McMahon (surprised to hear that she was there)

So, shall we say the lobby of the Manchester City Centre Travelodge at 4pm on the Monday for the first ever UK TPWW meet-up?....:D

|
I might be there. :shifty:
Depends on me grandma. |
Got my tickets, floor for both. Not too bothered about being right at ringside coz of the signs....
Going by myself though which is bad, but my mates couldn't afford it...*middle of the month syndrome* |
Just got this of a poseter on UKFF.com
Maximum Capacities: Oct 7 Thu Sheffield, England (RAW) 12000 Oct 7 Thu Belfast, Northern Ireland (SMACKDOWN) 6000 SELLOUT Oct 8 Fri London, England (RAW) 10500 SELLOUT Oct 8 Fri Belfast, Northern Ireland (SMACKDOWN) 6000 SELLOUT Oct 9 Sat Frankfurt, Germany (RAW) Festhalle 13000 Oct 9 Sat Florence, Italy (SMACKDOWN) The Palasport 7800 Oct 10 Sun Turin, Italy (SMACKDOWN) Mazda Palace 9000 Oct 11 Mon Nottingham, England (SMACKDOWN) 10000 Oct 11 Mon Manchester, England (RAW TV Taping) 18330 Oct 12 Tues Manchester, England (SMACKDOWN TV Taping) 18330 Potential maximum attendance for the UK shows = 81,660. Bear in mind, when Summerslam 1992 came to England, it was a one off show, with no house show tour based around the event, and the previous UK tour having occured 4 months earlier. and Summerslam ended up doing a paid attendance of 78,927. So for every show on this tour to sellout, including the tv tapings, the maximum number of people attending the 7 shows combined needs to exceed the huge Wembley Stadium crowd figure by nearly 3000. these numbers are huge! |
Anyone know how to find out how many tickets are left? I wasn't really that bothered about goin as I assumed they would all sell out this morning and I would have to go on my own anyway as none of my mates like wrestling but I suppose I could try and find 20 quid for a cheap ticket if there's any left.

Well there's no way in hell I'll be able to get £60 for a good seat, hell I haven't even got £20 to spend really but with a bit of begging :shifty: I might be able to get it
|
Also I see that because the Smackdown house show date has changed it means that it will be happening at the same time as Raw. A gutter for people who splashed out to go to the Smackdown house show.

I'm not surpised they haven't sold out that quick. If it was just Raw and Smackdown alone with no house shows it would, but people aint made out of money, when in the US they have to travel out of states between house dates and for this one they are doing 5 shows in the same country within 5 days of each other and another 2 in Ireland. Plus we have alot smaller land space and most fans will only go to 1 event. I think the WWE tried to bite of more than i could chew with this one, In April when they do this again, they shouldn't do the house shows with it |
So I take it that Raw won't be live while in Manchester....unless you guys want to go to a show that starts at 2:00 am.
