whats an RGB cable?
 
i heard it allows you to play pal games on an ntsc tv

what is one and what does it look like?

I'm assuming it's the same kinda RGB cable I used to use when doing home audio/visual for people.

It's a "compnent video" cable that seperates the signal in a specific way for better quality. RGB (red, Green, Blue) are the three primary colors of light.

It's kinda liuke how you have component audio, with the L and R plugs to seperate stereo signals.

you need a component video TV. That is one that has the 3 RGB jacks in addition to the stereo jacks. There's no special requirement to my knowledge, but then, I don't know about the whole PAL on an NTSC TV bit tho.
