whats some good games for XBOX

especially online.....I don't have it.........but my friend just got it and we tried to look for some good games to rent earlier on....but we didn't have much luck.

Counter Strike. Excellent. Also try Rainbow Six 3. Not as fun but some people prefer it over CS.

All the new sports games are online, like project gotham racing and stuff. I personally don't usually like sports games though.

Hitman 2
If you're really for the multiplayer customization and all I suggest you stay away from Halo. It's playable for what it is but :-\ . Get something good like Brute Force instead :y: as for the whole online thing: hell don't ask me, I assume the big FPS and sports games are your best bets.

Basically, look for any good game that's out on another system, and that's basically what a "good X-Box game" is.

Armed and Dangerous
Max Payne 2 (a bit short, though :-\ )
Need For Speed Underground (good on all consoles)

Amped 2
Links 2004 (believe it or not)
Midtown Madness 3 (I believe Dave Wadding mentioned) isn't bad, but isn't too great
Rainbow Six 3 is full of tossers, but if you find a fair host it's alright (My first game I played on there, I died, re-spawned, then killed the host, then he kicked me - WANKER!)
Haven't played CS, but I reckon it's not worth having if you have the PC version.</font>
