Trying to find an old SNES game.
 

I forget what it's called... I remember that it had some really weird cars/hovercrafts and such... it was almost like a primitive version of twisted metal, but on a racetrack. Had some old hair-band music. Really cheesy names for the people. You raced, got money, and bought upgrades, new vehicles, and new weapons.. I'm trying to see if maybe I can get this as a ROM, but no idea what it's called... :'( Anyone have any ideas?

was it rock and roll racing. they had a pretty cool soundtrack like paranoid by black sabbath and highway star by deep purple playing in the background. fun game, sounds like the one you're talking about.

If you got a GBA, it was released on that too converted perfectly

Rock n Roll Racing had the best music, I fucking love that game. I remember on the snes you had to put in some mad long password:nono:
