Where abouts of Hogan's first WWF title win

At what event did Hulk Hogan capture his first WWF Championship at? And did it air on TV or was it just a house show like deal?

I think he wanted to know this:

Going into the match, was it obvious that Hogan was going to win? Did Sheik stand any chance of winning or was Sheik the guy doing the job to Hogan so Backlund wouldn't get the title?

WOW, that really hurt my brain doing that.

Actually I think he was asking if they took the belt off Backlund and gave it to the Sheik to prevent Backlund from losing credibility.
