It's PG-13. :wtf: Granted, it still has the potential to be at least somewhat entertaining, but come on, Alien and Predator need to be R.

And Paul W.S. Anderson is...well...a sucky director. Here's hoping.

Its got Lance Henriksson in it.
So it can't be all bad.

I read alot about the rating when they were making the movie. Paul Anderson said that even though fans are looking for a huge R rating on this one, he was gonna try to go with PG-13. He said that he was gonna make this film to not have gore but to scare the shit out of the people. He said that he wanted to do the same thing to people with this movie that The Ring did by scaring people. Sadly I dont see how this will be scary. I look at this movie and just see Action. I hope it turns out good.

I wonder how stupid the Aliens will look in this one.

I think the story for the movie will suck, but Im just going to see the the fights.

The storyline(in a rather jaded way) is that a buch of explorers go to some caves in the Antartic, they go deeper in the caves where they stumble upon Aliens. The Predators are there because it is there iniation right to kill an Alien.
Henriksen plays Bishop. :)

The Ring was scary? That was the biggest let down ever.

How dare somebody compare the huge pile of crap this movie will be to The Ring. It's franchise shit and nothing more. THe ring had a plot.

As much of a die-hard Alien/Predator fan as I am, I really don't think I'll be watching this movie. Paul Anderson doesn't exactly have the best reputation, especially compared to the first three Alien directors. Plus, with a PG-13 rating, all the really nasty stuff that goes with both monsters is out. No bursting out of chests, no skinned bodies, no acid burns. Blecch.

I know I'm eventually going to watch it (if only just to see if they have a Pred-Alien hybrid or something), but I'm gonna be skeptical until I start hearing reviews.

Looks dumb. And yes, I too wonder as Burns does, what the Alien will look like this time around. CGI killed the horror out of the Alien franchise. Alien should win, I predict a hybrid and maybe a carry on of the whole Alien saga. shyte

You know, I still haven't seen Predator 2.

The story can't be any worse than what it was for the original games.

"Aliens infest the Earth and the humans send out a distress call. A passing ships picks up the distress call and comes to investigate. The Predator's decide to help the human race by annihilating all of the Aliens."

Well, if the movie is anything like the novelization (as such things usually are), you're going to be dreadfully disappointed.

The Predalien rules, but if I remember correctly I remember reading an inerview which says they won't be in the film.
